The core is cut
1. Adjust the value of the wire diameter until the appropriate degree (the blade just cuts the thread but does not hurt the core is the best position).
2. If the line is very thin, it can not be peeled after being adjusted to the wire diameter, and the retraction value can be appropriately reduced.
Different lengths, actual line length is greater than or equal to the set line length

Some cores are too long
1. The wire diameter is too small, the cutting edge is cut to the core, and it is taken out when stripping the wire. It is necessary to increase the wire diameter value by 1-2.
2. The retraction setting is too small, and the retraction parameters should be increased appropriately.
Sometimes the wires are connected together without cutting off
1. Add oil to the active part of the knife edge and try again (usually every 8 hours of operation).
2. Slow down the speed and try again.
