Automatic terminal machine operation process

If the hand is not moving, consider whether the pressure is too large or other problems, check and debug to OK. Before each operation, check each locking screw and confirm that it is not loose.
3. Loading: Install the automatic terminal machine that needs to be hit. Use the hexagonal wrench to adjust the feeding platen so that the automatic terminal machine can pass easily. Visually check whether the feeding position is suitable. If not, adjust it and use the inner hexagon plate. Loosen the feeder lock screw, turn the adjustment lever to adjust it to the best condition, then lock the feeder lock screw to start the operation.
4. Test tension: After adjusting the machine OK, take the waste wire and test it, and carry out the tensile test. The main reference value is shown in the “Tursion Test Comparison Table”. The specific operation method is as follows. Press the pull test to reset the zero key to zero. The terminal wire is clamped and tested. If the measured tension is not within the standard range, the mechanic should re-adjust until the standard value is reached.

Machining accuracy of fully automatic terminal parts
(1) Dimensional accuracy. It refers to the extent to which the actual size of the part is close to the ideal size, as indicated by common dimensional tolerances. According to the national standard GB/T 1800. 1 - 2009, the standard tolerance is divided into 20 grades, namely IT01, ITO, 171 YIT18. IT indicates standard tolerance, and Arabic numerals indicate tolerance level. The larger the number, the larger the tolerance value is. The smaller the dimensional accuracy is. 1TOI---IT13 is used for the matching size. The commonly used matching dimensional tolerance is below IT5; IT14-ITIS Used for non-mating dimensions.
(2) Fully automatic terminal machine shape accuracy. It refers to the extent to which the actual shape of the part is close to the ideal shape. Shape tolerances include straightness, flatness, resilience, columnarity, line profile, and face profile.
(3) Stereo tolerances. It refers to the extent to which the actual wall between the surface, axis or plane of symmetry of the part is close to the ideal position. Terminal machine position tolerances include parallelism, verticality, inclination, position, concentricity, symmetry, mouth bounce and full bounce.
