2, when there are two or more than four consecutive hits, please check the pedals; when there are 3 to 4 consecutive hits, please check the proximity switch.

 

3. Check if the fuse is blown when the machine is not powered.

 

4, the mechanical action is slow, please confess whether the contact surface is excellent in oiling, or the operating environment temperature is too high.

 

5, the motor appears smoke, odor, the motor burned out, check whether the mold stuck and the motor burned out.

 

6, the mold is stuck, can not move, the display alarm. The stencil and the slider are filled with oil, and the upper and lower knives are bruised. The machine is poorly debugged, and the scratched terminal is stuck on the upper knives.

 

7. When the solenoid valve has a signal and the cylinder does not operate, the air supply pressure is excellent, and the air flow switch is registered, the solenoid valve is burnt out, and the new solenoid valve is replaced. The cause of the burnout may be that the gas contains moisture.

 

8. During the operation of the machine, the line is suddenly pinched off, and it is necessary to check whether the wire is left in the stripping knife.

 

9. When the machine is not working, the airflow sounds. If the air pipe is connected well, the connector is damaged and needs to be replaced.

 

10. During the operation of the machine, the stripping knife is broken, check whether the stripping knife and the clamping knife are in alignment, and the alignment is not allowed to be aligned from the head; if the stripping knife adjusts the screw is loose, the loosening will be locked from the head; press manual manually /Auto button enters the manual mode, and pulls the wire to open the pull function. If the pedal is confessed, the pull action is excellent. For example, the solenoid valve has a signal specification; if the solenoid valve has no signal, please contact the manufacturer.

 

11, please turn off the power of the machine when the mold is replaced.

 

12. Make sure there is no ultrasonic interference around the machine, otherwise the machine will be disordered.
