1. The length of the peeling opening is different:
There are many reasons why the opening is different. The most common one is that the wire reel is too tight or loose; in this case, you only need to use the roller fine adjustment to adjust the gap between the two wheels so that the wire is not flattened and too loose. If it is because the cutting knife is too shallow or too deep; then we use the cutter depth adjustment member to adjust the knife edge to the appropriate position, so as not to damage the copper wire and can peel off the rubber. If the opening is still different, replace the new cutting blade directly.
2, pressing the terminal exposed copper wire uneven:
Check whether the gun-type swing arm pipe is attached to the wire; whether the terminal machine edge is relatively straight with the swing arm pipe; whether the terminal machine auxiliary clamp is loose; check whether the distance between the terminal machine and the automatic machine changes.
3. The terminal machine cannot start running or stop during operation:
Can not start or stop during operation, first of all to check whether there is no current input and 6KG air pressure and there is a wireless material or a certain operating part stuck; also check the terminal machine for signal connection or power connection and lead to the terminal machine is not pressed .
4. The length of the electronic wire cutting of the terminal machine is inconsistent:
It may be the tangential edge wear or the knife edge; the problem with this is simply to replace the new cutter. The possible reason is because the wire reel is too tight or too loose; at this time we can use the roller fine adjustment to adjust the gap between the two wheels so that the wire is not flattened and too loose.
