 Automatic terminal machines and silent terminal machines will inevitably have a fever during long-term work, but some abnormal heats will attract attention. Here are the reasons for you to analyze.

Since the axis of the automatic terminal machine and the axis of the mechanical device it drives are not in a line during assembly, or the inner circumference of the bearing cap is eccentric due to inaccurate processing, the part of the bearing cap and the shaft rub against each other. This will cause the bearing to heat up, or even smoke, and the place where the large high-speed motor rubs will quickly turn red. At this time, stop immediately, otherwise it will be easy to burn the machine.
 
The inner and outer rings of the steel ball bearing are unbalanced, which is one of the causes of heat. The imbalance between the inner and outer rings of the terminal machine may come from machining. Because the base and end caps of the automatic terminal machine are separately machined, sometimes the bearing holes on the two end caps are not coaxial (ie, the center line is not in a line). In addition, poor assembly, uneven screw on the end cap, dust and dirt on the stopper may also cause the inner and outer rings to be unbalanced. If the inner and outer rings of the bearing are unbalanced, the steel ball and the inner and outer ring phases will be scraped, which will increase friction and generate heat. If there is no other reason, wipe the machine mouth and reinstall it. Screw the screws one by one in the diagonal order. A small amount of error formed during processing can be improved by the gradual automatic adjustment.
Too much or too little oil is also the cause of fever. The bearing is used for a long time, the internal lubricating oil is gradually reduced, so that the lubrication is not enough, the friction loss is increased, the bearing is heated, and the bearing is damaged due to long-term oil shortage operation. Too much oil or too thick oil can also cause the bearing to overheat. In addition, the lubricating oil is mixed with hard grain impurities, the bearing is not cleaned, or the bearing is cleaned with dirty oil, so that sand and iron filings are left in the bearing, which will increase the mechanical friction of the bearing, cause the bearing to heat up, and the bearing due to the action of impurities It is easy to damage.
